Qigong for all
Qigong with Mum is a course that will give you a simple understanding of Qigong. The movements build together to create your daily practice.
Starting from the beginning, we gradually combine breath and movement into a simple, comprehensive routine that you can return to each day.
Over time, this creates the conditions for your body and it’s systems to find their own natural balance — supporting a greater sense of wellbeing, ease and connection.
No experience needed. Just practise along with us.
Let's do Qigong together.

Awareness of Breath
Mum became interested in Qigong while we were on holiday. We tried a few movements, but she wasn't comfortable with the breathing. So we're starting at the beginning — exploring belly breathing and simply learning to feel the breath. No experience needed. Let's do Qigong together. ❤️

Opening & Closing
Having discovered belly breathing, we now bring the breath into our first simple movement.
Starting seated and then moving into standing, we explore opening with the in-breath and gently returning towards the centre with the out-breath.
Like an underwater sea creature, the body opens and contracts, with the movement naturally following and syncing with the breath.
Just breathe, move and notice.
Let’s do it together.
